Order-in apparel shows a planning estimate; the shop still confirms the exact production and delivery dates.
Supplier order-in apparel
When the captured local size count does not cover the requested quantity, eligible S&S Activewear apparel is marked for order-in review. The planning estimate adds 3–5 business days before production and remains subject to supplier availability and shop confirmation.
When a date can be confirmed
Product, artwork, availability, proof and delivery details must be reviewed first.
What affects timing
Quantity, decoration method, artwork readiness, product availability, proof changes, finishing and shipping method can all change the schedule.
Still needed
A.I. Novelty must approve timing guidance and a way for staff to confirm dates.
